Refund Policy

If something isn't right with your order we want to know about it and we'll do everything we can to fix it.

Something wrong with your order?

Drop us an email at hello@eatfatfingers.com within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll sort it out. To help us resolve things quickly, please include your order number, a description of the problem and a photo or two. Where appropriate we can arrange a re-delivery or refund.

Refunds

Once we've reviewed your email we'll be in touch to let you know whether a refund has been approved. If it has, it'll go straight back to your original payment method.
